Clinical Services assists individuals, families/guardians and staff in assessing behavior and medical needs, developing plans, and linking services.
Case managers provide follow-up, monitoring and advocacy for continued delivery of quality services. By serving as a link between the individual and appropriate services, case managers help meet the needs in health
care, vocational training, employment and in the planning of personal and individual supports.
Behavior Services provides in-home support under the guidance of a licensed psychologist and psychiatrist. Their main goal is to help families and support staff find solutions for working with individuals who have
challenging behaviors. Services include evaluations, behavior plans, in-home consultation and crisis management training.
Health and medical services are provided in the community. The coordination and monitoring of these services is done under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse.
