The Training School at Vineland offers comprehensive supported employment services utilizing various models of this approach to vocational rehabilitation.

Primarily, mobile work crews are used as means of employing person served under this program. Individual competitive placement with follow along services and enclaves are also other models of service we use to place and train those enrolled in our SES operation.

Presently, Supported Employment Services provide business services to: The City of Millville, The City of Vineland, Vineland Construction and Private Residences throughout the country.

Services Provided Include:

• Yard and Property Services (Grass Cutting, Fallen Tree/Branch Removal, Leaf Removal, General Landscaping)
• Power Washing/Graffiti Removal Services
• Parks Maintenance for The City of Millville
• Janitorial Services (Currently contracted to maintain Millville City Hall & Police Admin Building)
• Roads Maintenance for The City of Millville
• Plant Watering Service for The City of Millville and Vineland
• Parking Lot Maintenance for Vineland Construction
